The Hope Grant / Scholarship Program
This program will pay tuition and fees for all covered Bachelors Diploma and
Certificate Programs, and up to $100 per quarter for textbooks for all active
duty military and their dependents 16 years or older who live in Georgia. For

The Career Advancement Account Grant
This program funds the education, training, certification, and licensing for
military spouses of service members assigned to Fort Benning, grades E1-E5 and
O1-O3. There are several other eligibility requirements to qualify. The CAA
covers $3,000 per year renewable for 1 year and up to $6,000 per spouse
including books, fees, certification testing and licensing. Any accredited
institution can be utilized (including approved on-line institutions). For more

The Spouses To Teachers Program
This program assists spouses of active duty military members in becoming public
school teachers by funding up to $600 per person for state teacher licensure/
